Charles Patawaran is the President of Gatsby Advisory Group, bringing extensive expertise in investment sales with a strong focus on healthcare and senior housing assets, including Assisted Living Facilities and Medical Office Buildings. He is also a seasoned Mergers & Acquisitions advisor, known for providing strategic guidance through complex and high-value transactions.
Charles holds a background in Technical Management with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from DeVry University, equipping him with a deep understanding of healthcare-driven investments. He earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in May 2025 and possesses strong knowledge of commercial lending and SBA financing.
