Steve Schemmel serves as the Managing Director of Healthcare for REMAX Commercial Real Estate Advisors and Gatsby Advisors. He’s currently pursuing the prestigious CCIM Designation, a globally recognized credential in commercial real estate investment and analysis. Steve has successfully completed CI 101 and is on track to earn his designation by 2027. Today, he leads our healthcare division with over $30MM in assisted living facility transactions.
